Job Overview
As a Disney Enthusiast, your primary responsibility will be to assist Disney guests with planning their dream vacations. From recommending the best attractions to offering tips on dining and accommodations, youÂll use your extensive knowledge of Disney destinations to make every interaction feel magical. Key Responsibilities
 Guest Assistance:
 Provide personalized vacation planning support to Disney guests via phone, email, and chat.
 Answer questions about Disney destinations, including theme parks, resorts, cruises, and special events.
 Offer expert advice on ticket options, FastPass+ reservations, dining experiences, and entertainment schedules.
 Itinerary Planning:
 Assist guests in creating customized Disney itineraries based on their preferences, including park schedules, dining reservations, and special events.
 Recommend must-see attractions and experiences for first-time visitors or returning guests.
 Provide tips and tricks to enhance guests experiences, including crowd management strategies, seasonal events, and exclusive offerings.
 Booking Support:
 Guide guests through the booking process for park tickets, hotel reservations, and other Disney services.
 Ensure that all reservations are correctly processed and assist with any changes or cancellations as needed.
 Help guests manage their My Disney Experience accounts and link reservations for a seamless vacation.
 Problem-Solving:
 Address guest concerns and provide solutions to issues related to bookings, accommodations, and park experiences.
 Escalate more complex problems to higher-level support when necessary while ensuring the guest feels valued and heard.
 Product Knowledge:
 Stay up-to-date on DisneyÂs latest offerings, special promotions, and seasonal events to provide guests with the most accurate and exciting information.
 Continuously enhance your knowledge of Disney parks, resorts, cruises, and experiences across all destinations.
 Creating Magic:
 Deliver a magical experience in every interaction, making guests feel excited and confident about their Disney vacation.
 Share your love for Disney by providing recommendations that align with each guestÂs unique interests and needs.
Skills and Qualifications
 Disney Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Disney parks, resorts, cruises, and events is a must. Passion for Disney and the ability to convey that excitement to guests.
 Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or travel-related role is preferred but not required.
 Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing clear, friendly, and enthusiastic assistance.
