Posted 2025-04-06Role: Customer Support SpecialistResponsibilities:  Communicate effectively with customers via inbound phone calls and emails  Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries through several technological platforms, including a ticketing system...  Effectively navigate diverse customer inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer serviceMaintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times  Navigate and resolve complex customer inquiries through Freshdesk ticketing system in a fast paced environment  Effectively extinguish customer complaints by consistently following our Standard Operating Procedures  Cover Monday-Friday shifts that rotate between 7:30am-3:30pm CST and 10am-6pm CST
Experience:
 2-3 years of Previous experience in IT/technical support is preferred
 1-2 years of General Customer Support and inbound call experience is preferred
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
 Ability to quickly analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
 Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams to describe complex situations
 Familiarity with utilizing ticketing systems
