Description
The Healthcare Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring strategic and coordinated data systems management, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. The Data Analyst will ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, establish and maintain databases, and recommend and implement new methods to improve data flow, collection, editing, and distribution processes. This role also involves conducting high-level data analysis to ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities: Â Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across systems and reports. Â Prepare and submit timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders. Â Establish, maintain, and update databases and records for recurring internal reports. Â Recommend and implement improvements to data collection, processing, and reporting methods. Â Conduct... data analysis to ensure accurate reporting and support decision-making. Â Collaborate with various teams to ensure data-related requirements are met efficiently. Â Ensure data integrity and consistency across high-level analyses.
The Veterans Affairs Logistics Redesign (VALOR) Program Management Office (PMO) seeks to perform analysis on historical Integrated Unified Workplace Management System (IWMS) project implementations and prepare for future potential implementation activities. This work will help improve service management provided by Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), Facilities Management (FM), and Asset Management (AM) communities and users. The Data Analyst will support this effort by conducting comprehensive data analysis, stakeholder analysis, gap and fit-gap analysis, and contributing to business process re-engineering, data training, and change management efforts.

Qualifications
 BachelorÂs Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data management, or reporting
 Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or similar)
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity
 Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
 Ability to manage and maintain large datasets and databases
 Knowledge of data flow optimization and process improvement techniques
 Experience in creating and maintaining reports for internal and external stakeholders
 Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
 Knowledge of working within a government or healthcare environment is a plus
 Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
 Must be able to pass client background screening for security clearance.
Salary
$100,000 - $110,000

Work Environment
This position is primarily remote, with potential occasional travel for client meetings, project oversight, or site assessments. The work environment is typically a professional office setting, and communication will often take place via virtual platforms such as video conferencing, phone calls, and emails. As part of a collaborative team, you will interact with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
