Client Description
This account will be for a water filtering company based in Los Angeles, CA. They are in the tech industry and have a physical product.
Role Description
We are looking for a CS Agent who has experience working in Zendesk for email, chat, and phone support. You will be dealing with order status tickets, product related questions, troubleshooting inquiries, and escalation requests. For this role, you may also be required to assist with other congruent accounts as volume permits.
Requirements
 Experience handling email tickets, live chat, and phone support
 Communicate/delegate information between clients and departments
 Perform auxiliary non-CS tasks relating to reporting and documentation
 Reliable access to internet/power and can take calls throughout the day.
Desired Skills
 Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 Proficiency using Slack or similar communication tools
 Experience using helpdesk and CS tools such as Zendesk
 Minimum 2 years of CS experience
Pay
$3.50 - $5.50 / hr
Negotiable based on background and experience
