What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free healthcare evaluations
 Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism
 Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointment settings
 Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
 Monitor and report performance results using designated systems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
 Minimum of 1 year call center experience or 2 years of general work experience required
 Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
 Strong communication skills and ability to treat members with professional courtesy
 Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously while making calls
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with an auto-dialer
 Ability to handle rebuttals effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor
 Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy guidelines in a healthcare setting
 Demonstrated ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
