What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free healthcare evaluations
• Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism
• Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointment settings
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
• Monitor and report performance results using designated systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year call center experience or 2 years of general work experience required
• Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to treat members with professional courtesy
• Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously while making calls

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with an auto-dialer
• Ability to handle rebuttals effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy guidelines in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
