Grow your career as a successful Business Development Manager - Luxury USA West Coast with Inclusive Collection. In this role, you will be responsible to grow, lead and manage all luxury sales efforts targeting high-end TA`s primarily in the USA with special focus in the Impression Brand. You will focus on the highest end retail consortia, TA and direct booking channels as well as coordinating the sales efforts and relationships with upscale wholesaler and distribution channels. You will concentrate in developing and creating awareness towards the Impression Brand in all sales distribution channels including but not limited to online travel agencies, Consortia Partners, luxury tour operators, AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts and more. You will be responsible for creating awareness of the luxury resorts and brands; liaison with the Regional Directors Sales and Director of Sales Consortia and Luxury Brands on global strategies and maximize revenues in the USA through coordinated retail and partner marketing efforts and relationships.
A successful Business Development Manager - Luxury USA West Coast will:
 BE LOCATED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
 Create and execute strategic sales actions for all third-party luxury channels
 Maximize sales and drive revenues at the retail and wholesale/partner level
 Coordinate and execute joint sales calls with primary partners
 Represent brands at various associations, trade shows, road shows and other events
 Assist with sales plans, benchmarking, owner reports, marketing plans as needed
 Impeccably maintain partner databases
 Report to management on trends and market developments
 Build relationships with Business Partners and 3rd party vendors
 Take initiative to go beyond the ordinary to differentiate us from the competition and create loyalty
 Bring fresh new ideas to the organization in order to create new business opportunities
 Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience  Existing network of high-end leisure luxury channels and segments  Proven ability of generating and increasing sales in given territory  Solid understanding and experience in hospitality industry  Ability to present to large audiences (50-350 travel agents) and work well under pressure  Strong management experience with superior written and verbal communication skills  Exceptional interpersonal skills, highly detail-oriented and results driven  Strong organization and time management skills  Excellent analytical skills with ability to independently gather, collate, validate and analyze data  Advanced MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel  Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment.  Ability to travel with a valid passport
