  • *Overview:**
  • As a Commercial Pricing Manager at Teleperformance, you will play a key role in developing the internal financial strategy and reviewing total cost of ownership pricing models to quantify the company's value-added solution strategy and cost benefits. This managerial-level position will represent the financial face of the company in front of clients and must be available for travel... when needed. **Responsibilities:**• Provide leadership support to allow for accurate and timely client-related initiatives, enabling informative and strategic decisions to be made based on findings. * Lead and facilitate relevant information and instructions to local pricing teams to ensure global alignment. * Review, consolidate, and standardize pricing across all segments and geos to ensure timely, accurate, and complete pricing that meets the needs of both external and internal customers. * Work closely with the Executive Leadership team and Business Development team to manage, propose, and respond to client-generated RFPs from a financial perspective across multiple lines of business and geographies. * Lead and facilitate project pricing, value-add total cost of ownership modeling, post-mortem review, and process improvement functions. * Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global TP's policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards. * Support client negotiations (both internal and external) from a financial perspective, requiring occasional travel. * Work globally and cross-functionally to confirm operational viability of proposals, advising on commercial and financial shaping of the proposal. * Evaluate and support the development of new customer proposals and completion of complex RFPs, which may involve multiple countries. * Support development and execution of division strategies and initiatives, working constructively with clients and executive leadership to develop compelling business cases for both clients and TP. * Ensure standardization and compliance to defined processes and policies. * Ability to work simultaneously in multiple requests. * Deliver pricing recommendations that follow a logically reasoned, data-driven approach, supported by appropriate market research and competitive analysis. **Qualifications:**• 3+ years of experience• Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline• Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability• Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management work with a BPO company• Experience with client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective• Ability to think strategically and lead development of business vision and priorities• Experience working in complex financial environments and multi-country involvement• Experienced professional with a background in detailed Excel modeling, financial analysis, including financial modeling, pricing modeling, budgeting, and forecasting• Must be comfortable with the use of technology to solve business problems, including a strong understanding of MS Excel tables, formulas, and web-based systems• Must have the ability to travel and work flexibility to meet deadlines for special projects• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or DOMO reporting tools would be a plus, but not required• *Benefits:**• Paid Training• Competitive Wages• Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and more)• Paid Time Off• Employee wellness and engagement program
