VP of Sales, Managed Care

· The Vice President of Sales, Managed Care is responsible for using their knowledge of ASM products or services to connect with consumers and potential clients to generate New Logo Sales for ASM specifically in the Managed Care space. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from... prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales processes in company approved CRM.
· The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the Managed Care space and utilize their existing resources to support their success. Examples of MCOs may include IPAs, GPOs, ACOs, and others.
Critical Success Factors:
 Close and deliver $250k+ in New Logo Growth during the Fiscal Year
 Maintain relationships with previously sold accounts to deliver same site year over year growth.
3. Assist in developing new sales strategies for ongoing growth YOY.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The VP of Sales will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
 Meet and aim to exceed Sales Goals set by ASM Leadership
 Keep running personal database of goalÂs measure to include but not limited to:
 Monthly Cold Call Lists
 Quarterly Updates to leadership on lead standings
 Tracking of Yearly Personal Sales Goals for Leadership to Review
 Maintain a list of all leads, opportunities and onboarding clients in ASM CRM (Monday.com) with corresponding statuses and updates
 Communicate client asks or needs with Leadership
 Be knowledgeable about the products and services ASM provides
 Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
 Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
 Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
 Answer questions about the products
 Work collaboratively with Account Management to boost internal sales with existing clients
 Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
 Collaborate on existing and new marketing material to be disseminated to clients; ensuring material meets client needs
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must have the following:
· BachelorÂs degree in a business or healthcare related field preferred
· Experience working with those in a healthcare related field
· Proactive, driven leader with strong persuasion skills who can make things happen.
· Experience leading customer service and sales cycles
· Experience with maintaining close working intrapersonal relationships between Sales and Account Management teams
· Experience in recognizing and meeting prospective and existing client needs
Travel Required:
 Up to 50% travel
Working Conditions / Physical Demands:
· Utilize a computer and calculator
· Must be able to work at a desk/in office for 8 hours per day.
· May be required to lift items up to 25 lbs. on occasion
· Will need to handle issues off hours on laptop on occasion including updates and emergencies
· Available after hours as needed
