What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
• Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and guide them on requesting corrections
• Identify customer support needs and either assist or forward requests to the appropriate department
• Manage escalated customer issues effectively
• Provide top-notch customer service and technical support assistance

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
• Comfortable using a computer for operations
• Must pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screen

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in the financial services industry or credit-related customer service roles
• Familiarity with credit bureau processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
