District Sales Manager - Remote West Coast

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Distributor Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase sales
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide competitive intelligence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers within the territory
• Train customers on product usage and manage sales budget for the assigned territory

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in outside sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Valid driver's license with no major driving violations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous working knowledge of ShareCRM
• Experience in contract negotiations
