Atlatec is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing team. This remote, work-from-home position is open to candidates based in the USA and Canada. The role requires accuracy in entering, updating, and maintaining company data. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet deadlines with precision.
Key Responsibilities: Â Inputting, verifying, and updating data into company databases and systems. Â Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by cross-referencing sources. Â Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval. Â Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed. Â Maintaining confidentiality and security of all information. Â Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies in data. Â Generating reports based on data input for use in decision-making.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus. Â Proven... experience in data entry or a similar role. Â Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software. Â Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Â Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Â Strong communication and organizational skills. Â High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
