Atlatec is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing team. This remote, work-from-home position is open to candidates based in the USA and Canada. The role requires accuracy in entering, updating, and maintaining company data. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet deadlines with precision.

Key Responsibilities: • Inputting, verifying, and updating data into company databases and systems. • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by cross-referencing sources. • Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval. • Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed. • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all information. • Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies in data. • Generating reports based on data input for use in decision-making.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus. • Proven... experience in data entry or a similar role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
