Responsibilities: Â Flight Booking: Coordinate flight reservations for clients and team members, sourcing suitable flights based on preferences, budget, and travel requirements. Â Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for flight booking inquiries, maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, airlines, and internal team members. Â Research: Conduct research on available flights, routes, and fares, providing recommendations and options to clients based on their specific travel needs and preferences. Â Reservation Management: Make flight reservations, manage booking confirmations, and handle any modifications or cancellations as needed to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences. Â Budget Management: Monitor flight budgets and expenses, negotiating deals and discounts with airlines to optimize costs while meeting client expectations. Â Documentation: Prepare and... organize flight documentation, including booking confirmations, ticket details, and travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Â Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve flight-related issues or challenges, such as flight delays or cancellations, to ensure client satisfaction and minimize disruptions.
