Role Responsibilities: Â Manage and prioritize schedules, tasks, and to-do lists with a focus on consistency and reliability. Â Develop effective systems for managing time and priorities, ensuring that recurring tasks are handled efficiently. Â Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring all details are thoroughly covered. Â Schedule and attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and track action items with a focus on ensuring consistency. Â Ensure preparedness for meetings with necessary documents and information readily available. Â Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring prompt, professional responses. Â Manage the email inbox, respond to correspondences, and provide daily summaries to maintain organized communications. Â Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making, maintaining consistency in all deliverables. Â Draft and edit communications, such as emails and reports, with attention to detail and minimal oversight. Â Assist with the execution of projects and initiatives, ensuring that consistent progress is maintained. Â Organize company events, offsites, team-building activities, and conferences with a focus on detailed planning. Â Provide personal assistance as needed, managing personal appointments and correspondence with the same level of consistency. Â Support decision-making processes by conducting research and compiling data, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
Ideal Executive Assistant Profile:
 Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional business setting, preferably supporting C-level executives.
 A bachelor's degree is preferred, though candidates with administrative certifications or some college experience will be considered.
 Knowledge of accounting or finance is a plus.
 Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
 Strong time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing and completing recurring tasks efficiently.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
