What will you be doing?
 Be the voice of Dragonfly Health  You will handle a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance or changes in service.
 Provide Expert Assistance  Acts as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers and operations.
 Promote Health and Wellness  Help guide our patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure that they get the very best care.
 Document Interactions  Keep accurate records of customer communications, ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes.
What are we looking for?
 High School Diploma or GED required.
 Strong interpersonal skills  ability to handle each call with professionalism even in a high stress situation.
 Flexible schedule  The ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation is a must
 Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus but is not required.
 Ability to operate in a high volume, fast paced work environment with adherence to established metrics.
 Requires reliable internet connectivity and not a mobile hotspot.
 Experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred.
