Abridge Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data records in our systems. This work-from-home position is open to individuals residing in the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Â Enter and update data accurately in company databases and software. Â Review data for discrepancies, correct any errors, and report inconsistencies to supervisors. Â Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity and security. Â Generate reports from data for internal and external use. Â Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely. Â Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies. Â Manage data entry tasks in a timely and efficient manner while meeting set deadlines.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is an advantage. Â Proven experience in a data entry or similar... role. Â Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data entry software. Â Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Â Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Â High level of integrity, particularly with sensitive and confidential information.
