Data Entry Clerk - Kansas City, MO

The employee is responsible for preparation and submission of documentation to various Medicare contractors, while continuing to follow the audit through the levels of appeal for resolution.
• Gather and prepare all necessary documentation for audit submission, while continuing to pursue additional documentation and correction requests
• Preparation and submission of audits to various Medicare... contractors, while continuing to follow the audit through the levels of appeal for resolution
• Communicate Medicare policy and procedures to field and staff employees
• Adjust A/R in accordance with Medicare policy
• May serve as a backup when other employees are out
• Work assigned Audit Delivery System reports
