We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, therefore, we are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:  Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner  Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns  Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide updates  Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department  Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions  Meet and exceed performance targets such as call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction  Update and maintain customer information in the database  Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent  Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Strong problem-solving abilities  Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously  Proficient in using computer and software applications  Must have a quiet and distraction-free working environment  Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
