Job Description

Responsibilities
 Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
 Assist customers with their flight reservations, cancellations, and changes
 Provide accurate information about flight details, pricing, and policies
 Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
 Navigate company software systems to log customer interactions
 Process payments for bookings and additional services
 Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
 Reliable high-speed internet connection
 Previous customer service experience preferred
 Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
Educational Qualifications
 High School Diploma or GED required
 Additional certification in customer service is a plus
Experience
 At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
