Job Description
South Airlines is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a remote representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, book reservations, manage cancellations, and address any issues or concerns our customers may have with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
 Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Proficiency with computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
 Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
 Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies
 Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights
 Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
 Maintain a thorough understanding of South Airlines products and services
 Document interactions and follow-up on customer inquiries as needed
 Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
