What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Meet monthly and weekly enrollment goals through qualified leads via phone, online chats, and emails
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and achieve sales targets
• Conduct outreach for new pool openings and engage returning customers
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers
• Process payments and maintain customer account information accurately

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Enthusiastic personality with strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to scheduled shifts
• Competency with phone systems and online platforms, including Excel and Google Suite
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts as the call center operates seven days a week
