Key Responsibilities: Â Innovative Campaign Development: Design and execute creative marketing campaigns that attract new clients and spotlight special services or events, ensuring alignment with the salon's brand. Â Social Media Management: Curate and manage engaging content for the salon's social media platforms, showcasing services, running interactive promotional contests to enhance online... presence. Â Client Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement loyalty programs and exclusive offers to foster repeat visits and encourage referrals from satisfied clients. Â Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and actively participate in community events to boost salon visibility and attract a broader clientele. Â Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to monitor trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in services and marketing efforts. Â Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and follow-up initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and enhance overall outcomes.
Qualifications: Â Experience: Background in marketing, customer service, or sales, ideally within the beauty or wellness industry. Â Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with clients and fostering a welcoming environment. Â Creativity: Strong innovative thinking skills, with a knack for developing captivating promotional content that resonates with the target audience. Â Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and proficient in time management, able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards.
