Position: Full-Time Account Manager
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
 Communicate with customers, via phone or e-mail, about current and new orders
 Creating/editing sales orders, quotes, and invoices
 Researching apparel products and promotional items, using our Sage database
 Answering phones and helping customers with any questions or concerns they might have on current and new orders
 Managing and growing our current customer base of over 100 schools
 Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
 Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
 Creating UPS shipments
 Travelling to conferences in the spring and fall to represent the company
