The Opportunity
Xivic is looking for a Digital Project Assistant to work closely with our Account and Project Management teams to lead digital projects to execution. The ideal applicant will have a love for all things digital and a high standard for the digital experience that brands create. This role is a great opportunity for candidates who have experience in project management and are looking to advance their career within the digital industry.
Collaboration is key for Xivic, so in addition to our A/PM team, youÂll be working closely with our Development, Marketing, and UX/UI departments to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule to make the digital magic happen. This role allows for hands-on experience with a variety of web platforms, mobile (iOS and Android), eCommerce platforms and social integration. We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. You should have the ability to see the big picture and ask questions, as well as laser in on details.
This is a remote role for U.S. based candidates with team members throughout North America in Pacific, Central, and Eastern time zones.
What YouÂll Be Doing
 Manage multiple competing projects with shifting priorities through project development, execution, launch, and performance optimization
 Provide overall support to Account and Project Managers by communicating with XivicÂs development team, organizing and scheduling meetings, assessing high versus low priority tasks, recommending and maintaining project priorities, etc.
 Organize project tasks on a daily basis to report status to the Account Manager
 Ensure the production and timely delivery of all digital collateral
 Collaborate with various departments from development to UX teams to define requirements and ensure execution
 Effectively communicate project health and manage expectations of team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
 Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc reports of relevant metrics, insights, and recommendations as needed  presented in Google Sheets and/or Google Slides
 Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to internal standards, as well as regulatory requirements
Basic Requirements
 BachelorÂs degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or general business or equivalent education
 1+ years of client or project management  preferably within the digital industry
 1+ years in-house or agency experience in the same or similar role
 Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment - will always follow up and follow through
 Ability to balance administrative functions, including information collection, planning, organizing while efficiently utilizing resources
 Experience in project management tools like ActiveCollab, Jira, Confluence, BaseCamp, Monday, etc. and a demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies
 Experience with Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
