What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Patient identification, registration, and scheduling
• Support Population Management and Chronic Disease Management initiatives
• Complete pre-registration of patients and verify insurance eligibility
• Coordinate scheduling of services for patients
• Handle incoming calls, follow-up, and ticket scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1 year of clinical healthcare experience or 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I or 1 year experience in a contact/call center
• Completion of Healthcare Business Insight’s Patient Access Certification Program within six months of hire date
• Must complete designated HBI Courses within one year of hire
• Proficient data entry skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service role
