We are searching for someone with a proven background in selling in the commercial print marketplace. You will have an opportunity to sell all commercial print services in our portfolio. ItÂs a fast-paced environment that never gets boring!
The candidate must be self-motivated, self-confident, and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to grow with us, take initiative on new projects, and grow into a leadership role.
Income is unlimited as our commission salespeople are compensated to open and maintain accounts: no compensation caps  and no limits.
As a printing sales representative, you will be responsible for the sales of our print services. To succeed in this job, you must actively create relationships with new and prospective clients, draw up contracts, bid on large-scale and commercial print jobs, and give clients the best possible service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include maintaining customer accounts, following up with former customers to ensure satisfaction or to help them reorder additional materials, and drawing up presentations and proposals for jobs.
Responsibilities
 Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to new and prospective customers
 Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
 Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
 Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and visiting new target customers
 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
 Achieve sales targets and outcomes
 Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
 Analyze the territory/marketÂs potential, track sales and status reports
 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
 Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications:  Strong negotiation and customer service skills  Proven track record in sales, preferably in commercial printing  Experience in outside sales and account management  Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities  Proficiency CRM software  Excellent time management and organizational skills  Effective communication skills for building relationships with clients  Prior experience in B2B sales and business development  Technical sales knowledge and ability to conduct product demos  Demonstrated success in territory management and upselling techniques
Skills
 Proven work experience as a printing sales representative
 Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
 Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
 Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
 Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
 Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
 Must have a positive attitude, enjoy working & doing sales, and an understanding of the print industry
 Flexible hours but you must be a motivated self starter.
