The SIS Administrator will provide support to the functional users of our educational partners administrative software SIS (Anthology). Ideal candidate will represent Collegis Education, serving to assist departments in using the SIS to streamline business processes and better utilize the system. This position will interact with multiple departments in a university setting as well as Collegis internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
Primary Responsibilities, Essential Functions and Requirements:  Provide functional leadership and technical expertise to support all day-to-day operations and new functionality for Anthology  Provide excellent customer service with the ability to research, resolve and respond to partner inquiries accurately and timely  Take primary ownership of Anthology support and escalate as necessary and where needed  Works collaboratively with functional units to establish production schedules, resolve technology issues, and assist with report generation  Assists functional departments to comply with regulatory requirements, rules, and procedures for client information systems  Assists in the development of quality control and test plans / test cases  Analyzes existing processes and procedures in the functional user departments, identifies problems and areas for improvement, and provides solutions and enhancements  Assists with creation of appropriate workflow processes  Updates and maintains scheduled Financial Aid jobs and processes  Maintains current knowledge of federal & state regulatory changes, reporting requirements, and other pertinent information related to Financial Aid and Anthology  Makes recommendations to management, as needed to maintain compliance  Serves as liaison with other power users and maintain knowledge of application interface specifications with the related systems  Monitors systems for updates on releases, filed cases, and documents.  Develops and maintain effective system documentation of processes and procedures  Develops a trusted partnership with key client resources and assist in identifying future road map items  Drives clients future state business processes, taking greater advantage of Anthology by educating clients functional leads  Identifies and implements third party non-Anthology solutions when necessary as it relates to Anthology or Anthology data  Assist the primary report writer/developer in gathering requirements and ensuring business validation occurs, works with report writer/developer to bridge the data gap where needed
Requirements:  3-5 years experience as an Anthology Functional Analyst  Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing, maintaining, and supporting Anthology, Financial Aid, Student Accounts/Business Office, and Accounting  Demonstrate high level of customer services with the ability to communicate proactively and effectively to a wide range of audiences  Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use critical thinking to solve new problems and challenges as they arise  Demonstrated proficiency translating business requirements into system concepts and supporting requirements documentation
Education, Certifications and Licensures:
 BachelorÂs Degree
 5+ years of SIS Administration in lieu of degree
