What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Oversee and manage the daily operations of the call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance
 Develop and execute strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance
 Recruit, train, and mentor call center agents to build a strong team
 Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
 Collaborate with the VP of Client Experience to optimize the use of Amazon Connect for call handling
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 5+ years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the health insurance industry
 Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect
 Experience managing a remote team
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams
 Proven track record in managing and improving call center operations
