### Requirements
Minimum Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent  Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously  Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
### Responsibilities
 Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner
 Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
 Provide accurate information about Delta Airlines policies and procedures
 Work with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
 Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
 Stay updated on Delta Airlines products, services, and promotions
