What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general inquiries
• Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
• Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
• Accurately and concisely address customer questions, requests, and problems
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Excellent communication skills
