• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing requirements and provide market insights.
• Negotiate offers and effectively close candidates to meet staffing goals.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, compensation, and talent availability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition marketing initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and recruitment technologies.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a US/IT recruiter with a focus on technical hiring.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top IT talent in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations related to IT staffing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong focus on candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in assessing technical skills and understanding IT job requirements.
• Proactive approach to talent acquisition and an ability to think strategically about recruitment.
• Expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and talent mapping techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Certification in HR or recruitment processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of remote interviewing tools and techniques.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
