Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed product information
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through CRM systems
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members and support colleagues as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Experience
