Our client, one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in Cyprus, is seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Manager based in Israel to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth in the Israeli market, leveraging your network and skills to create quality leads for the Sales Team.

About the Position...
• Full-time role based in Israel with remote work options
• Periodic travel to Cyprus required
• Responsible for developing and expanding the company's activities in Israel

Key Responsibilities:: • Identify new business opportunities in the Israeli market • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners • Conduct market research and develop strategies to promote investment properties • Generate high-quality leads for the Sales Team • Negotiate deals and close contracts • Analyze market trends and prepare reports and presentations for management

Requirements: • Proven success in a similar business development role, preferably in real estate • Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and access to investors • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills • Proficiency in English - mandatory • Skills in sales analytics, market research, and presentation • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities • Strategic thinking and high adaptability • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent time management skills
