Description

Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 Proficiency with basic computer applications and software
 Reliable high-speed internet connection
 Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies
 Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations
 Provide timely and accurate information to customers
 Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
 Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DeltaÂs products and services
