Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a bachelor’s degree)
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role
• Strong ability to communicate with friendliness and professionalism
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment
