Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)
Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
 Provide accurate information about UPS services and policies
 Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
 Process orders, returns, and exchanges
 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
 Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
 Stay updated on new UPS products and services

Hourly Salary Range
$25 Â $45 per hour (depending on experience and performance)
Job Requirements

 Strong problem-solving abilities

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 Previous customer service experience preferred
 Reliable internet connection
Basic Educational Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent required
