Qualification:
• While it is never too late to obtain a high school diploma or GED, doing so earlier in life can provide more options and opportunities
• Participation is only open to those who have reached the age of 18
• Having the ability to safeguard confidential data and ensure its privacy is a key attribute sought after in applicants for certain roles

• Do you have any background in overseeing retail inventory levels?
• Previous involvement in customer care, which covers handling registries, telephone, and cashier tasks, along with providing exceptional assistance to customers in all situations
• Follow the procedures and policies of the company concerning HIPAA mandates and guidelines
• Deliver outstanding customer service whilst carrying out the required actions for releasing products to patients and providing patients with products, as permitted by state law
• Comply with the company's guidelines for using the cash register and meticulously maintain all cashier handling procedures to prevent losses. The procedures include processing electronic payment methods such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, as well as cash and check payments
• Comply with the guidelines for accepting and tendering vendor coupons, limitations on cash shortages, and company shrinkage protocols
• Be creative in promoting our sales and services. Use social media, promotional materials, and other channels to reach out to customers and build brand awareness
• Give accurate and concise answers to phone inquiries by triaging them systematically
• The use of software applications and technology can streamline the inventory control process by offering real-time updates and providing data on inventory tracking, which makes it easy to stay on top of stock levels and overall management
• Comply with the automated inventory management and control system's regulations for non-legend drug ordering and track consumed or discarded stock accordingly
• Adhere to the guidelines set by the department by ensuring that work stations and customer waiting areas are well-maintained and free of clutter
• Responding to customer feedback in a prompt and positive manner can help in building customer trust and loyalty
• Comply with and emphasize all safety and hygiene programs and procedures according to the company and local, state, and federal health code regulations. Take note of any dangerous conditions and alert store management to take appropriate action
• Adhere to all laws and regulations as mandated by local, state and federal governments. Inform authorities of any illegal actions, including fraud, theft or robbery
