RESPONSIBILITIES
Being able to navigate numerous digital communication channels (chat, email) with ease in order to give the customer prompt, polite, and correct information including:
Utilize instant messaging tools to promptly address client inquiries.
Use the tools at your disposal to reply to consumer inquiries
Postal correspondence with clients.
Occasionally making outgoing calls to customers and dealerships.
Abide by and assist all of our clients.
As required, complete extra tasks or projects.
Keep your workplace interactions professional.
REQUIREMENT:
The capacity to manage priorities while multitasking
Possess knowledge of office productivity applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
GED equivalent or a high school diploma
Ready to work entirely remotely
Excellent English communication abilities, both written and oral
