Job Summary
As an In-Flight Customer Support Attendant for Delta Airlines, you will be the face of our airline, responsible for providing exceptional in-flight service and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for our passengers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
 Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft.
 Provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight, addressing passenger inquiries and needs.
 Serve meals and beverages, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
 Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment, including the management of supplies and equipment.
 Respond to and resolve any passenger concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
 Communicate effectively with the flight crew to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight experience.
 Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.
 Customer service experience in a hospitality or service-oriented environment strongly preferred.
 Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 Must meet Delta Airlines grooming and appearance standards.
Educational Qualifications
 High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
Experience
 Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
