As an Apple Home Advisor SA, you will be the first point of customer contact, providing expert guidance and support for many issues and questions about Apple products and services. You will be assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. Your excellent communication skills will help you build relationships and resolve issues in the most practical and effective ways. Â *Key Responsibilities:**
 Addressing and resolving customer inquiries about Apple products and services
 Providing technical support and troubleshooting guidance
 Delivering exceptional customer service experience
 Understanding customerÂs needs and providing suitable solutions
 Participating in team meetings and training sessions  *Qualifications:**
 Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
 Familiarity with Apple products, services, and platforms
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
 Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings  *Requirements:**
 A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or technical support
 High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free of distractions
 Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
