Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from (38.50 to )77.00 per hour, with variations in specific locations. Employees who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for free coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan, applicable in the following calendar year.

Skills

 Proficient in all applications related to administrative support
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Ability to handle confidential and business-sensitive information
 Excellent communication skills for interacting with high-level executives
Responsibilities
 Manage all administrative functions: answering phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, and managing correspondence
 Process expense reports and plan meetings/events
 Create and modify business documents, and prepare presentations from source materials
 Maintain and manage executive calendar and travel plans
 Act as a liaison for remote access issues and coordinate new employee onboarding
 Follow executive onboarding procedures and train new administrative assistants as needed
 Ensure adherence to corporate regulations and purchasing procedures
Qualifications
 High School Diploma or GED required
 Minimum of 7 years of previous administrative experience or equivalent
 Associates Degree in Secretarial Sciences preferred
 Ability to operate independently and take initiative
