The Lead Analyst role of Digital Pro Engagement will own analysis of pro data, creation of engagement strategies, and execution and reporting of PRO campaigns while communicating with stakeholders. The Lead Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead final key performance metrics to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives. The... Lead Analyst will actively create business cases for new functionality or functionality updates to improve engagement from the pro customer. The Lead Analyst will support the Digital Pro Engagement team which is responsible for designing engagement strategies that drive onsite pro customer satisfaction, retention, frequency, conversion rate, and sales for Lowes.com Pro experiences. The Lead Analyst will serve as a member of a team of peers and will be expected to help coach and develop less experienced analysts.

What you will do
ÂLead cross functional projects related to development and improvement of the Lowes.com Pro experience
ÂProvide insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations for pro experience to create hypotheses and define business value to ultimately drive action for improvement
ÂCreate insight-based action plans to solve identified opportunity areas or test new ideas to improve the Pro experience
ÂOwn event and/or technical function awareness strategy
ÂMaintains knowledge and awareness of best practices within the company, competitors, and retail industry. Works with his/her manager to introduce and disseminate best practices across the organization
ÂCross-functional partnership with various teams throughout the organization
ÂPresent to key stakeholders on project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities
ÂCoach and develop less experienced team members
Required Qualifications:
ÂBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience in related field)
Â4+ years relevant experience
Â3+ year retail experience
Â3+ years online experience
Preferred Qualifications
ÂMBA or related field
Â4+ years online experience
ÂExperience in Online retail or Omni-Channel merchandising/marketing
ÂBackground in analytics, statistics, business planning, and/or finance
ÂExperience working on or with cross-functional teams
ÂExperience with Adobe products (e.g. Adobe Analytics and Workspace)

Pay Range: $81,200.00 - $135,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
