Company Overview: Founded in 2015, Phil is a San Francisco-based, Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions
 We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Leader to join our operations team
 Reporting to the VP of Patient Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance functions of our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams
 This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement to enhance patient experience and service excellence
 Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in quality management in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (Preferred)
 Proven track... record of leading successful quality improvement initiatives
 Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
 In-depth knowledge of pharmacy processing, quality assurance principles, and customer service best practices
 Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams in order to resolve errors and issues
 Willingness to learn and understand operational workflows in order to quickly determine root cause
 Team player who wants to help build up others
 Certification in quality management (six sigma, Lean, ASQ) (Preferred)
