Overall Purpose: The Lead Manager (Media Strategy and Planning) is at the heart of our Consumer Wireless & Brand paid media team responsible for designing best in class media strategies and ad experiences across all facets of the program including Mass Media, Performance Media, and Sports Marketing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
 Integrated media strategy, planning, execution, and measurement across all paid media channels for the AT&T Postpaid Wireless and AT&T Brand media plans
 Work in close partnership with AT&TÂs media agency of record (Hearts & Science) on all components of the media plan and investment process from briefing to reconciliation
 Consistent and actionable performance analysis, optimizations, improvisation, and reporting to maximum the media plan performance and investments
 Media landscape intelligence and thought leadership
Expertise
 Experience in integrated Media planning with an emphasis in Digital Media / Sports Marketing
 Management of large-scale Media Investments and Agency resources
 Marketing Science / Analytics background with ability to review, understand, and present plan performance
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to make informed, data driven decisions quickly and with confidence
 Strong relationship builder with a collaborative, inclusive working style
Education:
 Typically, Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
 Typically, 5 - 8 years of experience in a related field.
Supervisory: No.
Location: 3 days per week working out of our Dallas, TX or El Segundo, CA office

Our Lead Manager, Marketing Communications earns between $118,800 - $178,200 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
