Requirements
 Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong organizational and time management abilities
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
 High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
 Discretion and confidentiality
Responsibilities
 Performing various administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and data entry
 Managing emails and communication on behalf of the team
 Coordinating virtual meetings and arranging necessary logistics
 Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
 Maintaining digital filing systems and ensuring accessibility
 Supporting customer service teams with administrative tasks as needed
 Handling travel arrangements and itineraries when required
