Job Description
As a South Airlines Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle a variety of inquiries, from booking flights and managing reservations to addressing customer concerns and providing information about our services. Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Previous customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
 Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with bookings and reservations
 Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
 Provide information about flight schedules, policies, and services
 Document customer interactions and follow-up as necessary
 Assist customers with changes to their bookings and provide alternatives when needed
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and promotions
