Remote Call Center Agent (No Phone Calling / Entry Level / No Experience)

Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll engage with users on a business’s website or social media platforms, responding to live chat messages... Your tasks will include addressing customer queries, sharing links for purchases, and providing promotional discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour

Qualifications: You should have access to a device with internet capability to use social media and website chat features (such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop). The role requires the ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and commit to at least 5 hours of work per week. A stable internet connection is also essential.

Location: This is a remote position, ideally for candidates within the United States.
