Responsibilities
 Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform
 Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
 Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
 Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
 Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent
 1+ years of customer service experience
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
 Strong problem-solving skills
 Experience with live chat platforms is a plus
