Responsibilities of Customer Assistance Specialist:
 Greet customers

 Recommend products
 Complete transactions with each customer in their assigned zone
 They will be familiar with the basics of neighboring departments and be skilled in managing them.
 Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints:
 The implementation of safety policies and standards is necessary to minimize risk, prevent injury, and ensure employee welfare. It is important to take them seriously and follow them adequately
 The organization expects all employees to undertake and successfully finish the specified safety training to promote a safe working environment
 Rapidly resolving unsafe conditions or sounding the alarm to the appropriate individual
 It is the responsibility of every worker to stay informed about safety procedures and protocols to avoid any injury or harm in the workplace
 These workers operate alongside their Department Officer and other workers in their affiliated department, as well as other departments.
