Responsibilities of Customer Assistance Specialist:
• Greet customers
• Qualify customer needs
• Recommend products
• Complete transactions with each customer in their assigned zone
• They will be familiar with the basics of neighboring departments and be skilled in managing them.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints:
• The implementation of safety policies and standards is necessary to minimize risk, prevent injury, and ensure employee welfare. It is important to take them seriously and follow them adequately
• The organization expects all employees to undertake and successfully finish the specified safety training to promote a safe working environment
• Rapidly resolving unsafe conditions or sounding the alarm to the appropriate individual
• It is the responsibility of every worker to stay informed about safety procedures and protocols to avoid any injury or harm in the workplace
• These workers operate alongside their Department Officer and other workers in their affiliated department, as well as other departments.
