Requirements
 Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 Prior customer service experience is preferred.
 Familiarity with Apple products and services.
 Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Responsibilities
 Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products.
 Educate customers on product features and functionalities.
 Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
