 Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
 Manage budget and resources for the designated group.
 Manage client relationships, and act as key point of contact for escalations, complex projects, or issues.
 Collaborate with other key managers to meet operational goals of the company.
 Perform field work on occasion.Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in a technical field, technologist diploma, or equivalent experience
 10+ years of relevant industry experience with progressively responsible experience
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams in a technical environment
 Excellent communication skills
 Strong technical background
 Strong leadership and management skills
 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
 Strong commitment to client service
 Ability to travel as required
